Squash Casserole

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Bake cornbread and set aside to cool.
  2. Cook squash and drain.
  3. Crumble cornbread into bowl.
  4. Add squash and eggs.
  5. Add soup, onion, and melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle some garlic powder into it.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in a casserole dish for 40 - 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

  • 2 cups squash
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cooked cornbread
  • ¾ stick butter
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • garlic powder
